Natural area

The natural area is mostly flat with the north west corner (where the office is) rising up about twenty feet above the rest of the area, the southern side has a creek boundary over two km in length, the eastern boundary has an air strip for small planes or gliders, the northern boundary has to neighbors and the road runs along this boundary, the creek and the northern boundary meat in the west where we have doggy beach, another popular swimming area.

Development.

Pacific is designed for peace There is no curb and channel, roads are graded earth for bare feet walking ,lawns are kept tidy and caravans are stretched out covering a larger area in the north west of the property. Selected trees can be cut with permission for fire wood, we try to keep safe trees in the camping area so there is little or no damage to campers. 

There is a nature strip along the creek where  removal of fauna or flora is not permissible this gives good access to wild life and provides several bush walks. There are also good fishing spots on these walks where they come closer to the creek.

The park has been developing over 25 years, and keeping the natural environment natural, is important for our children to learn from, nature dose not argue and if the right labels go on the descriptions of nature and being parallel in harmony with life then the child dos not have to un learn in the future.

Iron stone

Beneath the ground is iron stone which releases negative irons, this dose mean that the area is beneficial to good health.

The water has excess iron, where it can be good for some and not so good for others, if you need iron you are lucky, although we filter most of the iron out of the water.

Around the house there is about 15 feet of volcanic red soil, ideal for farming, there is no other red soil for km away.

Good vibes

The natural area has a lot to do with people feeling good within themselves, the natural energies help balance out the over active giving them the rest they need to revive from the pressures of modern day life styles.
