Fee structure from 1st July 2008 GST included

Visitor's Daily entry Fee is $20.00, if camping each consecutive day is $15.00

Entry fee starts from time of arrival after sun up and departure must be at the gate before 10am the next day.

The entry fee covers a family or single unit to visit during the day with a bonus of free camping overnight.

Note Children under the age of 17 years, who are visiting with their family, are free.

         Children under the age of 17 years, camping without their family pay full fees. These children must have parents written consent.

A surcharge is applied for major functions.

 Visitors: Annual Fee $550.00 This optional fee must be paid between 1st--31st July. This fee entitles the visitor to unlimited day visits.Overnights stays during the year will be $6.00 per night.

Note There is no permanent living, recreation and holiday use only.

Parking fees per day $6.00, for caravan, tents, boat, trailers and vehicles when left unoccupied and this condition must be by arrangement with the management only.

Note one caravan per family unit.

Caravan parking Fee due 1st July, must be paid between 1st - 31st July.

Please choose carefully. Fees are not refundable.

12- month parking fee $550.00 and 6-month parking fee $310

Late payments will be charged at $6.00 a day plus the 6 or 12 month discount fee.

The daily or annual fee is payable in addition to the caravan parking fee. This fee is for those persons wishing to leave a caravan, tent, or camper on the grounds.

Note your parking area must be maintained, kept clean and used at least 12 times a year. Parking areas are not to be used for unauthorized storage. Garden sheds may be permitted, only by request and in an approved area. These sheds become a fixture and remain on the property. Please consider carefully before applying to erect a shed. Also please do not plant anything at pacific sun if you have intentions of removing it.

Hire Vans Minimum 2 nights stay

Van 1 (4 berth) $120.00 for two nights and $60.00/ night for additional nights with the 7th night free.

Van 2 (2 berth) $110.00 for two nights and $55.00/ night for additional nights with the 7 night free.

Van 3 (2 berth) $100.00 for two nights and $50.00/ night for additional nights with the 7 night free.

Caravans are for one couple (i.e.-2 adults M/F) and any children, for additional adults a day fee apply.

All hire van fees are for one night until 10am the next day. For extended use of caravan after 10am a fee of $30.00 will apply to 6pm, provided arrangements are made at the office first.

The hire vans are fully equipped with gas stove, fridge and B/W TV. Linen and cooking utensils are supplied. The 240v solar power in the vans is to be used only for the appliances provided. Sorry no pets.
