Pacific Sun Friends is an ideal area for meditation, bush walking, golf, bowls, and many other activities.

At pacific you will find that competition sport is low key, doing your best is always a winner, weather deeds or sport the good grow good, doing good deeds is mans most glorious task.

Petanque

There is a game called petanque that  is popular amongst nudist it is easy to play and you can meat many people playing this game.

Miniten

Miniten, another unique game nudists play, chip put golf and bowls facilities are available at pacific to. 

Swimming in a natural area of the tidal creek is popular and relaxing. Pacific has a 2 Km stretch of creek where you can go fishing, crabbing or canoeing and there is lots of fun sneaking up on the wild life, the bird life has been documented to 80 varieties with 60 of them named and some are very rare.

Over my years of experience as a nudist i have found rewarding activities which lead to discovering the interrelationship set out below in a peaceful game.

Peaceful game guide lines

An exercise for awareness where there are lots of children. Teachers can ask for volunteers to play a new tennis game, explain there are no rules and no set position on the court to stand, or correct number of bounces by the ball before hitting it and the net dose not have to be tight, the objective of the game is to hit the ball to the other person so they can hit it back easily and keep the ball in play.

Uplifting  the child and the skill of the teacher

 (If you have a tiny tot that wants to play the teacher should tap the ball to them so that when it bounces it hits their bat, lifting the confidence of that child. If the child is not able to have a go then rejection suppresses or kills)

Start

 The game can start with too children one on each side of the net, age does not matter as long as the child can play. (The teacher can pear children who stand on the court at the same distance from the net,) then add two more players who stand in a similar position, four children can hit the ball to each other in turn and go round after round without missing a ball, then add two more children six children can do the same, so all children have a go limit the rounds to ten without missing.60 hits.   

Observation

Becoming aware that the children that stand where you would normally play tennis at the serve line are shorter, show a good physique, but they are unable to hit the ball back and forth continually. These children are most likely to have been bought up sternly being punished for what is considered wrong, they have not been able to communicate as they are a child trying to be and adult, these children are hurt, hardened being suppressed they are not able to communicate. (The ball is the ability to communicate.)

Overcoming the hardship

To brake down the barriers this child builds, one needs to be soft and gentle, allowing the child to realize it did not get hurt or punished. 

Spiritual interoperation

 The gentle rain softens the hardest earth, the physical sign is the rainbow, where rain is influence of word, the truth applied gently a little at a time without punishment sinks in. 

The children that stand close to the net are taller and slim and can hit the ball softly and continually even with more players. These children most likely bought up with the attitude that what one has the other one must have or no one gets any thing at all. These children can communicate well but gets harder with more players. 

The children midway hit the ball after it bounces and can hit for a long time with many players, these children can communicate and keep the ball in play, their concentration is good and the ball dose not go out with additional players. 

A well balanced child should be able to hit the ball with each of the characters and keep the ball in play This shows good concentration and communication.

The main objective of a good tennis player is to put the ball where he wants it, the only difference is in the attitude, between competition and communicating, one is made strong to life’s communication truths. Simply playing ball is constructive communication.

If one can communicate to another in word, parallel in mind it is seen as passing the ball to one another, there may be more present than you saw with your eyes, in the passing nothing can be hidden from those who have the mind to see. 

Worldly functions

When problems are induced into children they grow up manifesting them, and are met by people who believe they can overpower them, all these people have one thing in common ,to control, and here we have a worldly system where people make rules to make people right by control, this hardening our community killing incentive so that  we will become  poor people in a poor country.

Where in the world did we go wrong

No one is to be rubbished, no one is all bad, our actions should be a demonstration of release from problems, a light to the world, displaying our ability to overcome by works, each individual helping another understanding each other, it is best we have control of our self and learn the way of god, strengthening in our children every action of god.
